Typical Applications: Adjusting the speed of movement on pneumatic air cylinders, for example how fast a heater plate cylinder moves up and down.

Can be used on a pneumatic clamp cylinder to delay the release of the clamp to give a little pause for extra safety

NOTE: ** These Air fittings / valves are “Uni directional” in that they only adjust the flow of air in one direction if used on a double acting cylinder and you only replace one it can be that old other flow adjust fitting works in the opposite way (Can be ordered to slow air in or out or both) in this case the cylinder will move very slow in one direction but there will be no adjustment in the other direction. It can pay to replace both fittings to avoid this
