Sold in a Pair as they both get the same ware and usage so its best practice to replace both
To change: Support head, loosen grub screws on Pivot pin, use a bolt in the threaded hole on the end of the shaft to draw out the pivot pin enough to remove a spring and carefully replace springs. sometimes a tube helps lift and locate the spring legs on locating points
